Really good Stay Experience
excellent service efficient transfer beautiful weather
I found the hotel offered excellent service. The staff arranged several tours. They also handled our car transfers efficiently. I enjoyed the culture and the beautiful weather.
My room was beautiful BUT small. This aspect affected the overall experience slightly. I believe larger rooms would better reflect the hotel's five-star status.

The breakfast offered a hot buffet. I also found a very excellent breakfast served hot. I observed bar and restaurant services. They seemed suitable for business lunch and dinner of excellent quality.

The hotel arranged tours. They also provided car transfers. I noticed a wellness centre. I found the hotel had culture and beautiful places for enjoying the weather.

underwhelming stay, sadly
small room cold breakfast
I thought this would be amazing, but i was wrong. the room was small for what i paid. breakfast was a joke. Everything tasted like cardboard and felt cold. the cold buffet was okay, with fruit and such, but nothing special. seriously, i expected more.

My four-night stay provided complete relaxation. The hotel features No. 23, a cocktail bar. Talented bartenders created flavorful drinks. I enjoyed cappuccinos each morning. I found the garden a tranquil escape.
I noticed white plastic sockets in the room. This felt incongruous with the luxury aesthetic. The hotel must review these details to enhance the room's appeal.

underwhelming experience.
small room cold breakfast
the room size was rather small. i also found the breakfast quality disappointing. the hot items were cold and bland. the cold buffet was acceptable though.

Charmed Getaway
attentive staff perfect drinks lovely garden
I stayed four nights at this charming place. The staff showed great care, they seemed so attentive. I enjoyed No. 23 bar for cocktails. The bartenders Daniel and Jorge prepared perfect drinks. Mornings included cappuccinos in the garden chatting with Caroline and Patti, it was lovely.
The breakfast selection tasted poor, i was so disappointed. Cold buffet options offered good fruits etc. i hope they improve the warm breakfast selection.

The double room featured beautiful decor and proved spacious. The furnishings looked exquisite, providing comfort . Amenities included thoughtful touches. I appreciated the attention to detail in the room design.

Bar No. 23 offered a relaxed atmosphere, and the bartenders crafted perfect drinks. It was nice. The breakfast buffet featured many gluten free options which was great for some in our group. The Garden Room provided a lovely setting for enjoying cappuccinos.

The location was perfect! though the parking was expensive. The hotel is close to main attractions making it easy to explore. I appreciated the convenience. The gardens gave a secluded feel despite being in the city.
